How long does it take to receive my card?

Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your email from rewards@valvolinedigitalrewards.com containing the link to access your card. If you choose to receive a physical card mailed to you once you have received the email containing the link to access your Prepaid card, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for validation and shipment. There will be a $3 processing fee for physical card mailing that will be deducted from your card balance.

How do I check on the status of my submission?

Checking the status of your submission is easy. You can check the status of your submission by simply clicking on Track Submission from your confirmation email or visit Track Submission and enter your Last Name, Address # and Postal Code.

Does my card ever expire?

Yes. Cards expire, so pay close attention to the expiration date. The card can be used until the last day of the month it expires, up until midnight Eastern Standard Time. You won't be able to use the funds after expiration.

I forgot to send in for my card and now it has expired. Will I be able to get my card?

You have 30 days from the end of the offer period to submit your claim and provide Proof of Service. Late requests are not valid and will not be accepted. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
